Darren Evans
CEO and Head of Academics
As the CEO and Head of Academics, Darren Evans brings extensive executive leadership and academic governance experience across multiple Australian and international Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), with a strong focus on quality education delivery, compliance excellence, and strategic growth. He leads academic operations across multiple colleges, overseeing trainer performance, ASQA and CRICOS compliance, curriculum development, learning management systems, policy implementation, and continuous improvement frameworks. With responsibility for more than 200 active students and multidisciplinary teams across Australia, Fiji, Timor-Leste, and beyond, Darren combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in adult education, vocational training, and regulatory standards. His leadership is defined by a practical, solutions-focused approach, ensuring high-quality student outcomes, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of education programs aligned to industry, government, and international stakeholder expectations.

With over 30 years of diverse professional experience, Ravi brings a unique blend of leadership, entrepreneurship, and public sector expertise to the education and training landscape. His career spans across the hospitality industry, multi-level marketing, and service within the Australian public sector.
Passionate about empowering individuals through education, Ravi is dedicated to upskill students and professionals to enhance employability and career progression. His leadership is defined by a student centric approach, fostering inclusive learning environments and aligning training outcomes with industry demands.
